You can also browse commercial premises for rent, while regional search helps you choose an area before finding a specific address.
Can I use FranczyzoMapa from abroad?
Yes. You can analyse Polish locations in your browser from abroad. The product website and report exports are available in Polish, English and German. The app interface is in Polish; the analyses cover the Polish market.
Can I see a result before creating an account?
Yes. The sample report is available here without registration. It shows a saved analysis with its date and sources. Analyze your own address in the app.
Where does the data come from and how current is it?
Sources include GUS, OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps and chain locators. Update dates vary by source. Reports list provenance and available dates; resident counts are not pedestrian traffic measurements.
Can I analyze small towns?
Yes, coverage includes Poland’s smaller towns. Business data detail and completeness vary by location and source. Confirm key details during a site visit.
Is regional search free?
No. It uses credits, with the price confirmed before starting. Processing may take several minutes or longer. A completed search may find no areas matching every criterion.
Will the report tell me how much my business will earn?
The report supports assessment of the surroundings, catchment and competition. It is not a revenue forecast or guarantee. A decision also requires rental costs, property conditions and knowledge of your business.
Is a listed property definitely available?
Confirm availability and rental terms directly with the advertiser. A location analysis and a property listing are separate; a point in a sample report may not be available to rent.
